Order Processing
It's easy: Orders placed before 10 a.m. Central Standard Time will be processed the same business day and shipped within 24-72 business hours. In an effort to process your order as quickly as possible, once an order is placed, we unfortunately cannot change it, so please review your Order Summary carefully!
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping leaves our warehouse within 24-72 business hours and arrives to most states within 5-7 business days. Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 10 business days. Below is a map with estimated delivery times for orders with standard ground shipping. Most orders will ship via UPS or USPS.
We can ship to APO/AE addresses; however delivery will take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Final delivery to Military addresses may take longer.
Expedited Shipping is available during the checkout process. You will see the different shipping options and costs before you confirm your order. Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping options are available, however please give us a call for a shipping quote and to make sure that we can get your order to you in time. International Shipping is available; processing time is up to 5 business days. Please contact us at support@schoolsupplygiant.com for a shipping quote, and provide us with the physical delivery address, as well as the list of item(s) you are ordering. Taxes and/or duties charged by the recipient country are the responsibility of the customer and non-negotiable.
