School Supply Giant Returns and Exchanges Info
Returns
If for any reason you’re not absolutely satisfied with your order, simply contact us at support@schoolsupplygiant.com and give us your name, order number, with the list of item(s) you need to return, and the reason for return – we’ll provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and Return Instructions directly to your email. All RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Any unauthorized returns or returns with the RMA number not clearly marked on the outside of the box will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.
Incorrect or Damaged Packages are something we strive to avoid, but sometimes mishaps occur. Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact the Customer Support Team within 5 days of receiving it at support@schoolsupplygiant.com or by phone at 312-429-0529 and we’ll promptly replace it. Your satisfaction is our biggest priority!
Exchanges
Changed your mind about something you ordered? No problem – just contact us at support@schoolsupplygiant.com with your name, order number and the item(s) you want to exchange, as well as the item(s) you would like in its place and we'll send you instructions directly to your email. We'll also add the new item to your existing order and get it shipped out right away, so you don't lose time waiting. The customer is responsible for all additional and return shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee applies to all items exchanged. Items returned without authorization or in accordance with Return Instructions are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Important Information
Delivery to APO/AE addresses will take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Final delivery to Military addresses may take longer.
Before confirming your order, please make sure you check your Order Summary thoroughly, as any package returned to our warehouse due to an invalid or undeliverable address will be assessed a 5% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship C.O.D.
